In October 2022, we supported the Ramp champ 2022 in Tartu, also we organized in collaboration with Sisu Skateshop, the Talve Kuningas contest in Tallinn last March. We got a lot of positive feedback. And we are so thankful for all the supporters over the last month, from Estonia to Finland as well as Belgium and Luxembourg. Skoone DIY 2023

Jarmo Kangro words and pictures by Nicolas Bouvy Skoone Bastion has always been an iconic spot for the Tallinn scene and that for more than 15 years, once they poured fresh asphalt on top of the little hill. After that, the first concrete obstacles started to appear around 2012. Earlier, the park was really not the place to hang out, unless your goal was to have a good time around dead needles that some addicts left after they drew some blood in the abandoned buildings. After a rough two decades of dedicated and distinguished service, the park is gonna get a well-deserved makeover, starting from next week. We took the opportunity to have a very last session in the park. Paying respect to the soul, sweat and heavy commitment given by the local skaters, all over the years and several upgrades.   Egbert Pahhomov  Siim Sild During one of the first spring afternoons, the beast had still plenty to give. Radical, the park is still for sure, and, like and good wine,...

Support your local Loigu !

Jeremy Vaask words and photos by Nicolas Bouvy In around 2018 a dozen of skate renegades decided they had too much, enough with the general vision of our official governance regarding the public skatepark designs. Their persistence in doing it wrong... The group of friends felt the urge to have their own skate wonderland in Tallinn, a place designed, built and run by the skaters themselves. No compromises! That's a word you find only in the vocabulary of the weak, the ones who have lost faith in the fight. The Loigu squad had no more time left to waste, and after a long quest of looking for their own canopy, they miraculously found a huge factory facility, managing to strike...
